From the very beginning, we understood that delivering a successful development in a foreign market requires more than just a great concept. It requires strong local expertise, trusted partners and a deep understanding of the environment in which the project is being built.
Umalove Bali is being developed in cooperation with a local development and project management team whose members have participated in more than 70 successful projects across Bali and the surrounding region. Their experience spans residential and commercial developments, construction management, engineering, project coordination and on-site execution.

Construction of the Umalove Bali project is carried out by Bali General Contractor, an experienced local general contractor with a proven track record of delivering residential and commercial developments across Bali.
Their extensive knowledge of local construction practices, regulations and project management ensures that every stage of the development is executed to the highest professional standards.
The supply of interior finishes, custom furniture, sanitary equipment, windows, doors and other key building materials is provided by George Group, an international building materials supplier with more than 20 years of industry experience.
With projects completed in over 130 countries and comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, George Group is recognised worldwide for delivering integrated building material solutions for residential, commercial and hospitality developments. Their expertise helps us maintain consistent quality, efficient procurement and reliable project delivery.
